The Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Gullwing sure knows how to make an entrance. The car (an understatement) won't debut until the Frankfurt Motor Show in September, and it won't reach showrooms until 2010, but it's already causing quite a stir on the interwebs, thanks to a handful of just-released pics and sketches.

As you can see, the Gullwing's design is similar to the camouflaged version spotted a few months back, and thankfully it's recovered from that pesky electrical fire. Under the hood, it'll boast a 6.3-liter V8, horsepower in the 570 range, and a 0-60 time of 3.8 seconds. And of course, the doors are gullwinged. Seriously sweet.

Less sweet: the price, which is rumored to clock in around €150,000 (almost $200,000 US). Yeah, it's cheap compared to some (think the SLR McLaren), but still out of our range. Oh well--at least we can drool over those spy shots of the Gullwing frolicking in the snow.
